The living room has a loveseat and rocker, a gas fireplace, TV and some nice rugs and decor. The large kitchen has just completely redone with new cabinets, floors, appliances and a farmhouse sink with a view of the backyard. The gas range has a large oven. Lots of cooking accessories. The bedrooms have queen beds with nice windows with black out shades. Each bedroom has a closet and doors you can close. The shared bathroom is also completely remodeled with a nice shower and small Landry machines. The back bedroom has French doors that lead to the back deck with a few chairs and patio lights. It's a nice private place to enjoys the weather.

For larger groups, You can rent the home next door, which is also a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. They have a shared driveway in between.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
